Directions:
Chop dates in food processor or by hand. Mix into packet of scone mix. (Extra flour is for dusting surfaces and to make rolling easier.)
Mix water in as per packet instructions. Start with 2/3 amount of water then add more as needed to avoid dough being too sticky.
Roll out on floured surface to approx 30x30cm or slightly more. Cut into 36 scones (6x6).
Bake as per instructions.
