Directions:
Serve as burrito bar type arrangement- tortilla or corn chips first on plate, then meat, beans, cheese lettuce etc.
Serve sour cream, salsa, and guacamole on tables in small containers |

Directions:
Place avocado flesh in a medium bowl and mash a until semi-smooth.
Crush garlic or chop VERY finely, finely dice tomato, and chop coriander. Add to avocado.
Add all other ingredients. Check the seasoning- add more salt, cumin, lemon juice if you think it needs it.
Use within 3-4 hours of making. Also freezes well. |
