Directions:
Lay cooked chicken and cheese on platters and salads in bowls, put out with sauce, plates and serviettes and plates, cutlery etc for people to serve themselves.
If serving outside make sure rubbish bins are available for bones and plates
Any leftover cooked chicken should not be kept if it has been unrefrigerated more than 2 hours.
