Directions:
Place pork in a slow cooker and empty all marinade over it. Replace lid, switch to low. Cook 8 hours.
Combine cabbage, apple, carrot and mint in a salad bowl.
In a separate jug combine mayo, mustard and lemon juice. Add to vegetables and toss well.
Remove pork from slow cooker and using two forks pull the tender pork apart.
Serve the pork and slaw together inside buns (or let people make up their own). |
