Directions:
1) Grease and line baking pan.
2) Cook oats, coconut, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds for 8-10mins or until golden. This can be done in a frying pan or the oven.
3) Set aside to cool and then stir in the dried fruit and spices.
4) Cook dairy free spread, honey, sugar and golden syrup in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring for 3-4mins or until sugar dissolves.
5) Bring to the boil and then reduce heat to low.
6) Simmer without stirring for 7mins or until the mixture forms a soft ball when dropped into ice cod water.
7) Combine with dry ingredients.
8) Spoon mixture into pan and press down firmly.
9) Allow to cool and cut into squares.
10) Store in a lined airtight container for up to 7 days. |
