Directions:
1) Put bananas, softened butter, sugar, eggs, milk and vanilla into an electric blender. Blend on high speed.
2) Sift flour, baking powder and baking soda into a bowl and stir in the banana mix.
3) Pour into greased and lined 20cm tin.
4) Bake at 180C for 35mins-ish or until cake springs back when lightly touched.
5) Leave in tin for 10mins before turning out.
6) Ice when cold. |
