Directions:
Cover dates with boiling water and microwave for 2 mins - drain and set aside
Sift flour, BP and salt
Cut in dairy free spread until the texture of breadcrumbs
Add cinnamon, sugar and date squishing slightly between fingers
Add milk and mix quickly with a knife until it forms a dough - you may not need all of the milk
Cut into pieces/roll
Bake at 220 for 10 - 20 mins |
