| | | Ingredients: | | 125.00 g | butter   | 0.50 c | brown sugar   | 200.00 g | condensed milk   | 0.50 c chopped | dried apricot   | 250.00 g | wine biscuits   | 0.50 c | desiccated coconut   | |
Directions:
Put butter, sugar, condensed milk in a pot and melt together. Do not boil.
Cut apricots into small pieces and add to mixture.
Crush biscuits and add to mixture.
Either roll into balls, or press into a greased tray. Coat with coconut.
Cut into cubes when cold.
