Directions:
Preheat oven to 180 deg C. Line baking trays with baking paper
Cut bread into desired sized wedges.
Put oil and desired seasoning into plastic bag and mix around. Add flatbread wedges and massage bag around to distribute flavouring.
Place bread on trays, and bake checking every few minutes, until crisp. Cool and put in airtight container. |
