Directions:
Scrunch all ingredients up to and including black pepper together and make into patties*.
Bake at 200 degrees approx 15-20 minutes until cooked in centre.
Serve in rolls with lettuce leaves, sliced tomato, cucumber and mayo or aioli. Relish/chutney if desired.
